Attempted break-in at Drake's home today. Here's what we know.

Attempted break-in at Drake's home
A person attempted to break into Drake's home in Toronto around 2 p.m. on Wednesday. Toronto Police Service officers responded to the incident. The individual was apprehended under the Ontario Mental Health Act, so their identity cannot be disclosed.

The incident is not being treated as a criminal matter.

Under the Ontario Mental Health Act, authorities can take someone into custody for a medical examination if they believe the person has a mental disorder that could lead to serious self-harm.

So, it seems there was an attempted break-in at Drake's Toronto home on Wednesday, but the incident is related to a potential mental health issue rather than a criminal act.

The intruder attempted to enter Drake's Toronto mansion just one day after a security guard was shot outside the property.

The incidents come after rapper Kendrick Lamar referenced Drake's home, "The Embassy," in his recent diss tracks.

In "meet the grahams," Kendrick Lamar suggested Drake's home could be raided, similar to Sean 'Diddy' Combs' homes in a sex trafficking lawsuit.

The cover of "Not Like Us" features a photo of Drake's home with markers for known sex offenders.

So, there have been two concerning incidents at Drake's home in two days, following Kendrick Lamar's references to the property in his diss tracks. However, the attempted break-in appears to be related to a potential mental health issue with no connection to Kendrick Lamar's other claims.

Also, Drake's OVO store in London was vandalized. Many pressing issues for Drake.

Stay tuned for more coverage.
