Text messages revealed during the investigation show Plascencia mocking Perry, viewing him as a lucrative target rather than a patient in need.
Jasveen Sangha, the so-called "Ketamine Queen," played a pivotal role in supplying the ketamine that ultimately led to Perry's death. Sangha, who ran a drug emporium from her North Hollywood residence, faces the harshest charges and could receive a life sentence.
Another acquaintance of Perry, Erik Fleming, was also implicated in the conspiracy. Authorities found a staggering amount of illegal substances, including 79 vials of ketamine and various other drugs, during their investigation at Sangha’s residence.
